Make no mistake about it - this is Mission 'Impassible'

The Challenge is simple: break CORA - the unbreakable!

CORA - the magic:

CORA breaks apart the "readable data" into "sub-atomic" pieces and separte these pieces into separate "CORA blocs".

To obtain the "readable data" again, one must have all of these "CORA blocs". Ideally these "CORA blocs" will be distributed throughout the Cloud.

If a hacker breaches a server and steals a "CORA blocs", it is useless

Encryption - the myth

Encrption - shatter the myth

Encryption - breaking the myth

Encryption has been used for millenia to secure "communication". When it comes to securing "data" - as in "static data", encryption just isn't good enough.

If a hacker steals the encrypted file, they can unlock this data!

the CORA Challenge - coming soon

  1. How do I enter? -Add my name to CORAcsi Challenge . You will receive an email once the date for the challenge is set. In the meantime, Register with CloudCORA and get CORA Explorer - Free or Premium.
  2. If you are the first to break CORA the Unbreakable, the step beyond encryption, then you win the prize of $10,000. Winner takes all (if there is a winner).
  3. Stay tuned for the formal release of the date for the Grand Opening of CORA Challenge, or sign up to the CORAcsi Challenge List and you will be advised by email of all dates and updates related to this CORA Challenge.
  4. Each Participant will receive 1 CORA package - as though he or she had breached a server to steal the CORA package.
  5. Using any combination of statistical, technical or heuristical methods, the challenge is to reproduce the "readable data" in its original form
  6. You may work individually, or in a team. If you work as a team, then you will have to handle all legal contracts yourself; should a winner be realized, a single check will be issued to the offical name of the Registered User (at CloudCORA.com) who submits the results.
  7. You will have until the posted deadline (soon to be revealed) to produce the original "readable data."
  8. The first person to produce the "readable data" and have it verified wins the jackpot - winner takes all.
  9. If no one produces the "readable data" by the deadline, CORAcsi keeps the proceeds from the sale of CORA Explorer - Premiums, and more importantly, the title of CORA the unbreakable. We eagerly look forward to provide unbreakable data security to our Global community.

Notice is given:

  • This is not a fair competition - you will not break CORA (yes this is a dare - a challenge - just don't complain)
  • Those that succeed at producing the "readable data" in its entirety must demonstrate "how they accomplished this task", and must support their claims with clear evidence that they did produce the readable data from the CORA package provided.
  • If you do succeed at producing the "readable data" in its entirety, and another person/team claims the same, the first team that submits it and has it verified along with the supporting evidence cited immediately above will be declared the winner.
  • "Readable data" refers to a file, or group of files. Readable means that the data can be read, viewed or otherwise used within the program that it was originally created with, or for.
  • CORAcsi believes in "transparency" the original "readable data" along with the CORA blocs that secured the "readable data" will be posted after the competition concludes.
