CORA breaks apart the "readable data" into "sub-atomic" pieces and separte these pieces into separate "CORA blocs".
To obtain the "readable data" again, one must have all of these "CORA blocs". Ideally these "CORA blocs" will be distributed throughout the Cloud.
If a hacker breaches a server and steals a "CORA blocs", it is useless
